Less Gut Inflammation
Inflammation is a natural bodily response produced by our immune system. It can occur due to a vast array of stimulus, such as when the body is injured, or due to our diet- when we consume foods we are intolerant to.
As part of Naturo’s commissioned independent university research into intolerance, inflammation markers were mapped comparing Haelen® treated milks to traditional thermal processes.
The results proved Haelen® processed milk produces less inflammation markers than thermal processing alone. This was identified as an extension of Haelen® milk being better tolerated, due to improved digestibility of protein, particularly the whey protein Beta-lactoglobulin.
